Last week, Congress passed President Trump’s so-called “OBBB” bill — a dangerous and costly proposal that threatens Arizona’s clean energy future, working families and seniors.

The bill hands massive tax breaks to the ultra-wealthy and big corporations while slashing Medicaid and food assistance for children, and repealing critical clean energy investments that lower energy bills and create good-paying jobs here in Arizona.

Judge Orders Lifting of Trump Administration’s Unlawful Freeze of Roughly A Billion Dollars For Electric Vehicle Charging

Yesterday, United States District Court Judge Tana Lin for the U.S. District Court in the Western District of Washington issued a preliminary injunction lifting the Trump administration’s unlawful freeze of federal funding for the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program. NEVI is a transformative $5 billion initiative to build reliable and convenient fast charging stations for electric vehicles along major highways nationwide.

Governor Katie Hobbs and Arizona Leaders Call on Congress to Protect State’s Energy and Manufacturing Investments
