A federal judge has ruled that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) unlawfully withheld $1 billion in funding for the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program from Arizona and 19 other states, as well as the District of Columbia. This decision marks a significant victory for Attorney General Kris Mayes.
