Facts: Across the state, climate and clean energy investments have already spurred $10.57 billion in investment, the 11th highest in the nation, and created or moved forward 14,100 good-paying clean energy jobs, the eighth most in the country. Arizona’s clean energy economy is booming, with over 61,000 jobs across the state as of 2023, including jobs in renewable electricity generation, energy storage, energy efficiency, and clean vehicles.
The Department of Labor released a new jobs mapping tool, the map includes clean energy projects that are under construction or in a pre-construction phase, sortable by sector and state.
