Upcoming Public Comment Meetings: TEP Rate Case
Tucson Electric Power (TEP) is proposing a ~14% rate increase that would raise the average residential electric bill by about $196 per year. The Arizona Corporation Commission will decide whether to approve the proposal and public voices are a key part of that decision!
The Commission is hosting several public comment hearings, both in person and by phone, giving Arizona customers (whether or not TEP is your electric provider) the chance to speak up and share how higher electricity costs would impact their households.
Dates, times, locations, and call-in details are included in the graphic below, courtesy of Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes (azag.gov/office/outreach/events)
Additionally, community members can submit written comments to the Commission at any time to share how higher electricity costs could affect them.
(Docket No. E-01933A-25-0103)
Your voice can directly influence ACC decisions that affect your utility bills, clean energy investments, and community health.
